Scheduling the First Appointment 

Once your baby is born and you are discharged from the hospital, it is officially time to call our office to schedule the very first appointment! The general rule of thumb we tell our patients is to call within 2 days after a vaginal delivery and 3-5 days after a cesarean section. You may also feel free to call our office prior to the visit if there are any problems or concerns.

Once you call our office, a member of our staff will ask you to fill out our new patient registration form and provide you with additional information regarding what to bring for your baby's first visit.

New Parents and Guardians: You must call your insurance company and enroll your child within 30 days of the child's date of birth, otherwise you will be responsible for all charges.
